What You’ll Do As a Procurement Assistant, you’ll be facilitating purchase orders and maintaining procurement records. Along with this is to establish and maintain good working relationships with the clients and suppliers.
Provide immediate and supportive customer response.
Provide timely order and dispatch updates.
Ensure product quality and accuracy, and on-time delivery.
Gathering procurement and suppliers specifications and information.
Your leadership will drive the business towards creating a positive and efficient procurement and customer service.
What We’re Looking For
At least a year of proven experience in procurement and order management.
Proficiency in spreadsheets and social media platforms.
Excellent communication abilities and flexibility.
