Base pay range:
$28.00/hr - $30.00/hr
Responsibilities
Maintain nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of practice.
Evaluate staffing patterns with the Director of Nursing.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Receive, transcribe, and implement physician orders.
Implement and evaluate care plans.
Identify and secure equipment supplies.
Direct and oversee subordinates.
Participate in duty assignments.
Organize and coordinate subordinates, job tasks, and time allotments.
Oversee and monitor functions of subordinate staff.
Evaluate staff performance and implement appropriate discipline or training.
Monitor infection control compliance.
Investigate and document accidents/incidents.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Current, valid LVN license.
Experience in long-term healthcare preferred.
Management or supervisory experience required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
