As a Unit Clerk at US Renal Care, you will be an integral part of a cross‑functional team, providing operational support to maintain clinic operations and deliver the best patient care for those with kidney disease.

Responsibilities
Customer Care.
You will greet patients and visitors, answer phones, respond to patient questions, and assist with transportation arrangements as needed.
Operational Support.
You will update and maintain medical records, prepare patient records and charts for treatments, audit records for compliance, support financial operations by entering charges and preparing billing logs, complete forms and reports for governmental agencies, manage supplies and inventory, reorder when required, and process lab work by preparing slips and directing samples to the appropriate laboratory.
Qualifications
Six months of relevant experience in a clinical/healthcare setting preferred.
Minimum one year experience in an administrative position preferred.
High‑school diploma or equivalent.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel).
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time and tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in all USRC applications required within 90 days of hire.
