Full Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Provide oversight of the clinical management of the social workers in Nassau and Suffolk divisions (Garden City and Farmingdale offices)
Compensation $70,000-$75,000

Responsibilities:
Provide group and individual counseling/parent training, as mandated by a student’s IEP
Maintain all documentation on clients (progress notes and reports, annual review reports)
Provide supervision for on-site and consulting LMSW employees
Develop social-emotional curriculum for social skills groups, including ordering of therapeutic materials (in consultation with LMSWs)
Oversee caseload schedules of LMSW’s including individual and group therapy sessions
Review log notes, progress/annual review/program review reports for LMSW’s
Oversee graduate student internship program and provide supervision for interns
Provide recommendations and assist therapeutic teams in designing interventions
Conduct in-service trainings/workshops for staff
Participate in treatment, feedback and team meetings
Participate in CPSE and annual review meetings, and other special meetings as needed
Maintain positive communication between supervisors, employees and families
Ensure compliance with all pertinent government and agency regulations and operating standards
Maintain knowledge of current research and trends in the field of social work

NYS Licensed
Experience working with children and their families
Minimum of (1) year experience working in a setting focusing on supporting children and their families
Bilingual is a plus
