We are looking for a Sales Engineer I at Stark Tech. Stark Tech is a total optimization provider of facilities and energy solutions, integrating systems, offering energy‑efficient equipment and services, and providing building analytics to help customers meet sustainability goals. Our large‑scale equipment converts waste to renewable natural gas, reduces greenhouse gas emissions, and we enhance the utility grid with microgrid and battery energy storage solutions, along with solar development consulting services.

Responsibilities The Sales Engineer will elevate awareness of Stark Tech’s core competencies and capabilities through active account management with assigned accounts to achieve revenue and profit targets. Responsibilities include account management, sales strategies and goal achievement, project design, project bidding, project management, and pipeline management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering
Three (3) years experience in HVAC boiler or critical power systems
Three (3) years experience in sales engineering
Proven track record in account management
Knowledge of construction industry
Understanding of product and systems application and design & project management
About the Role The position offers a base salary of $115,000 – $150,000 and eligibility for a variable sales bonus. There is potential for a sales start‑up assistance program. If you are motivated, accountable, resilient, and dedicated to exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.
