We are looking for a Sales Engineer I at Stark Tech. Responsibilities The Sales Engineer will elevate awareness of Stark Tech’s core competencies and capabilities through active account management with assigned accounts to achieve revenue and profit targets. Responsibilities include account management, sales strategies and goal achievement, project design, project bidding, project management, and pipeline management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering

Three (3) years experience in HVAC boiler or critical power systems

Three (3) years experience in sales engineering

Proven track record in account management

Knowledge of construction industry

Understanding of product and systems application and design & project management

About the Role The position offers a base salary of $115,000 – $150,000 and eligibility for a variable sales bonus. There is potential for a sales start‑up assistance program. If you are motivated, accountable, resilient, and dedicated to exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.
