Assessor/Trainer in Engineering
Join Colchester Institute - Where Your Career Makes a Difference. We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic assessor/trainer in engineering to help train and assess engineering apprentices, full-cost learners, and full-time students, supporting their progress into employment.
About the Role:
Deliver high-impact training and assessment to a range of engineering learners.
Support apprentices and students as they develop technical skills and industry knowledge.
Maintain and manage engineering workshops to ensure they are safe, functional, and fully equipped.
Collaborate with teaching and support staff to meet the diverse needs of learners.
Essential Qualifications:
Education to level 3 or above and/or a professional qualification in a relevant subject area or equivalent.
Minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics (GCSE 4+ or C, or equivalent).
Assessor/Verifier Awards.
Essential Experience:
Significant industrial experience in an engineering & manufacturing environment.
