As a Full‑time Accounting Specialist you will manage essential accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Escheats, and Third‑Party Vendors. You will help reconcile assigned general ledger accounts and resolve outstanding items, ensuring accurate financial records. Collaborating closely with the Payments Team, you’ll track and reconcile any fraud and disputes related to debit and credit cards, safeguarding our members’ interests. What We’re Looking For
Strong foundation in accounting principles and a minimum of one year of relevant experience. Familiarity with full‑service financial institutions is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential for data analysis and reporting. Attention to detail, organization, and strong problem‑solving skills are required. Must pass background and drug screening. Salary: $19.87 – $23.38 per hour
