We are hiring immediately for a mechanical shop serving White Bear Lake and Mahtomedi School Districts. As a technician you will play an integral role in ensuring the safety of students who rely on our classic yellow buses.
Benefits
$27 - $32 per hour, based on experience and qualifications (not flat‑rate)
$0.25 per hour for each relevant ASE obtained (we pay for training materials and exams)
Monday‑Friday, 9:30 am‑6:00 pm, full‑time shift
Annual allowances for boots and prescription safety glasses
State‑of‑the‑art training programs

Responsibilities
Perform maintenance on brakes, suspensions, drivetrains, and transmissions
Complete work orders
Assist with mobile emergency services
Use diagnostic skills to troubleshoot and repair issues
Qualifications
Want to work in a position that meaningfully impacts your community
1+ years of experience working with automotive, diesel, electric, or CNG vehicles
Valid driver’s license and willingness to obtain a CDL (training provided)
Mechanic’s tool set
Desire to grow, learn, and develop skill set through ASE testing
