The Brand Assistant will support the Marketing team in executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and activities to promote our sports products and strengthen customer relationships. This role is perfect for a motivated and creative individual Burke passionate about sports and marketing.
Key Responsibilities 1. Campaign Support
Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns (digital and offline).
Coordinate promotional activities, events, and trade shows.
2. Content Creation
Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and newsletters.
Collaborate with designers to develop graphics, promotional materials, and advertisements.
3. Market Research
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Prepare reports and provide insights to inform marketing strategies.
4. Administrative Tasks
Maintain and update the company’s marketing calendar.
Organize and manage marketing collateral, ensuring timely distribution to sales teams and partners.
5. Digital Marketing
Monitor and update the company’s website and social media platforms.
Track and report performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement).
6. Customer Engagement
Respond to customer inquiries related to promotions and products on digital channels.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and retail partners.
7. Collaboration
Liaise with the sales and product development teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1–2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the sports or retail industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Google Analytics).
Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Passion for sports and an understanding ofега sports industry is a plus.
