The Opportunity A well-established, planning‑led
fee‑based RIA
is hiring a Financial Advisor for its Connecticut offices (Westport or Farmington). This role is ideal for a motivated advisor who thrives in a relationship‑based environment and enjoys both
servicing existing clients
and
bringing in new relationships
over time.

Who This Role Is For

portfolio discussions

Has strong experience in
life cycle planning
(retirement income, education, tax‑aware planning, etc.)
Can service existing clients at a high level while also being naturally growth‑oriented
Values working in a collaborative office with leadership support and strong operational infrastructure
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing client relationships and delivering high‑quality financial advice
Leading planning conversations and portfolio reviews with confidence
Building new client relationships through professional networks, referrals, and firm resources
Partnering with the internal client service team to deliver an excellent client experience
Leveraging a strong referral ecosystem, including the
Schwab Advisor Network
and other firm referral sources
