What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services
Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries on insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claims, and billing
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Understand the State Farm Agency model and market area operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
Prior insurance experience with State Farm or a related insurance field
Active Arizona Property and Casualty license
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Self‑motivated with the ability to multi‑task and effectively relate to customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Insurance Sales Experience, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses
Sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing
Successful track record of meeting sales goals or quotas
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
