What You’ll Do
Lead and manage German payroll operations with precision and compliance.
Collaborate with international teams to run multi-country payroll processes.
Ensure adherence to tax laws, labor regulations, and SOX/local compliance.
Drive process improvements, automation, and transformation initiatives.
Handle escalations and provide expert guidance to internal teams.
Maintain accurate payroll records and support audits and year-end testing.
2-3 years of hands-on experience in German payroll processing.
Experience working with international/offshore teams.
Proficiency in HRMS/ERP systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday).
Strong coordination, validation, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in German and English.
