Responsibilities

Employee Relations: This involves managing employee interactions, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
Performance Management: HR helps to develop performance evaluation systems, provide feedback to employees, and identify areas for improvement.
Compliance and Legal: HR ensures the organization complies with relevant labor laws and regulations, and they may also be involved in handling legal matters related to employment.
Administrative Tasks: HR handles various administrative tasks related to employees, such as maintaining records, processing paperwork, and managing HR databases.
Qualifications
College Graduate, Psychology or any related course
At least with 6months experience
With a pleasing personality
Good Communication Skills
Polite, Hardworking, & Trustworthy
Resident in Quezon City
