30 to 40 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
with solid experience in Human Resources
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR-related systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written)
Detail-oriented, organized, and highly discreet in handling confidential information
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and can function well under pressure
Trustworthy, professional, and with a positive work attitude
