Base pay range
$120.00/yr - $140.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and deploy secure and scalable LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and data center network solutions.
Develop high‑availability network architecture, including redundancy, failover, and disaster recovery connectivity.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud engineering teams to support hybrid (on‑prem + cloud) network environments.
Perform daily monitoring, maintenance, patching, and lifecycle management of routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and network appliances.
Maintain accurate network documentation: diagrams, IP address plans, topology, standards, configurations, and runbooks.
Act as Tier‑2/3 escalation for network‑related incidents and outages, performing root cause analysis and timely resolution.
Proactively identify network risks, performance bottlenecks, or security vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
Lead enterprise network upgrade projects, migrations, and new office/data center builds.
Evaluate new networking technologies and tools to enhance reliability, security, and observability.
Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)
Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, Azure VNets).
Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Python for network automation, Terraform).
Understanding of ITIL processes, change management, and documentation practices.
Collaborative environment with ownership, innovation, and continuous learning.
Hands‑on experience with Zero Trust architecture, policies, or platform integration.
Core Skills Strong hands‑on experience with Cisco (IOS, NX‑OS) and Juniper (Junos OS) technologies.
Certifications (Plus)
CCNP, JNCIP, CCIE, or equivalent industry certifications preferred.
Zero Trust Network Security
Experience implementing or supporting Zero Trust platforms (e.g., Zscaler ZPA/ZIA, Zero Trust Network Access, identity‑based segmentation, continuous authentication).
Networking Technologies
Expertise in routing & switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP), MPLS, VLANs, VPN (IPSec, SSL), DNS, DHCP, and network segmentation.
