High School Diploma or GED (required); two years of college or secretarial science degree preferred.
Minimum of two years of office environment experience (required); prior staffing experience preferred.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail (required).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to secure and maintain confidential information.
Ability to communicate effectively with hospital staff and complete competency testing.
Working knowledge of Time & Staffing schedules preferred.
Detail oriented, problem‑solving, and flexible to work varying shifts (required).
Work independently with minimal direct supervision (required).
