Manager, Talent Acquisition – Georgia (Remote)
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition leader to manage our recruiting efforts for nursing and support roles in Georgia. This remote role includes regular travel to our Georgia facilities.
Education Required
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience Required
Typically 5 years of experience in human resources and management level experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of state and federal labor laws and regulations that influence human resources, and related implications.
Resiliency and flexibility to deal with a rapidly changing and stressful environment.
Excellent listening and consulting skills. Ability to develop operational partnerships, assess complex hiring issues and needs, and deliver appropriate recruiting solutions across a multiple client portfolio.
Demonstrated aptitude for leadership capabilities, including mentoring, coaching, training and holding others accountable.
Ability to work within a fast‑paced team environment. Proven ability to meet multiple deadlines, prioritize multiple demands, and identify/solve problems creatively.
Demonstrated ability to work and function in a complex corporate system environment. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with a variety of candidates and leadership.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites or similar products as well as applicable human capital management/applicant tracking software.
Major Responsibilities
Design and implement an integrated recruitment strategy to optimize and drive a best‑in‑class recruitment program from talent pipeline development to onboarding.
Lead and inspire the recruiting team, developing recruiter competencies around technology, exceptional candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction.
Make recommendations to improve brand awareness in patient service areas.
Partner with workforce development on strategy implementation tied to strategic priorities.
Seek innovative methods to enhance candidate experience and improve recruiting efficiency.
Manage recruitment dashboard to measure effectiveness, efficiency and quality of processes and outcomes. Monitor volume fluctuations and balance recruiter workload accordingly.
Develop recruitment productivity standards to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Partner with site HR leadership to resolve recruitment issues and align with turnover, aged requisitions and time‑to‑fill objectives.
Perform HR responsibilities for staff, including interviewing, promotion, staff development, performance evaluation, compensation changes, conflict resolution, corrective action and terminations.
Develop and recommend operating and capital budgets and control expenditures within approved budget objectives.
Adhere to the organization's Code of Ethical Conduct and ensure compliance by supervised employees.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Position may require travel, exposing to road and weather hazards.
Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job in a normal office environment.
Compensation
Pay range: $53.80 – $80.70 per hour (based on qualifications, skills, experience).
Premium pay such as shift and on‑call pay.
Incentive pay for select positions.
Opportunity for annual increases based on performance.
