We are looking to mentor associates who are bright, hard‑working, and have strong communication skills. We believe in training and promoting from within, and have a Director of Associate Advancement to help you progress. The average path to partnership is about 5 years for an associate.

You will work closely with partners and senior associates who provide active mentoring and client contact. Requirements: • Graduated from an accredited law school and be an active member of the Bar or recently took the Bar Exam. • 0–5 years of experience is preferred.
