Warrensville Developmental Center, Warrensville, OH Schedule
Full‑time 7:30 am – 4:00 pm Responsibilities
Perform unskilled labor and minor maintenance duties (e.g., shovel snow, load/unload trucks, mow grass, cut weeds, haul trash). Assist Maintenance with salt spreader, snow shovel, and manual equipment to clear walkways. Pick up debris and other items around all buildings to maintain a safe and sanitary environment. Move, organize, and store incoming and outgoing furniture and equipment; set up tables, chairs, and floor coverings as requested by work order. Assist with housekeeping duties such as sweeps, mops, dust, wax, and strip floors; clean windows. Monthly clean all hood filters and lights in a building. Deliver soiled and clean laundry, boxes, residential unit supplies, and operate housekeeping equipment (buffer, propane, vacuums, scrubbers, wet and dry vacuums). Assist maintenance workers on jobs as needed or requested. Qualifications
Formal education in arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division). Minimum class qualifications for employment noted above. EEO Statement
