Clovernook is a resident-centered long-term care community seeking a dedicated Full-Time Floor Tech to keep our facility spotless and safe. Make a real difference in resident care through top-notch floor maintenance!
Key Responsibilities
* Sweep, mop, scrub, strip, wax, and buff hard surface floors daily
* Vacuum and spot-clean carpets throughout resident rooms, hallways, and common areas
* Safely operate floor equipment including buffers, burnishers, auto-scrubbers, and vacuums
* Move furniture to clean and reset areas efficiently
* Follow strict infection control, safety protocols, and PPE standards
* Maintain equipment and report issues promptly
* Assist with general housekeeping and special deep-clean projects
What We're Looking For
* High school diploma or GED preferred
* Experience in floor care, housekeeping, or environmental services (healthcare a plus!)
* Comfortable operating floor care machinery
* Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs and stand/walk most of shift
* Detail-oriented with a passion for clean, safe spaces
