Prepare orders
Maintain sanitation
Work the fryer/griddle
Requirements
Must love to smile, laugh & have fun!
1+ years food service or management experience
Ability to stand up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly
Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
Compensation
Competitive weekly pay starting at the minimum rate listed, with potential higher earnings based on qualifications and experience.
Annual holiday bonus (dependent on company financials)
