Focus Sales Manager
who will help drive our
business in Norway
within Dell Technologies.

Your role In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, building, and executing a successful and sustainable Dell client business. Knowledge of both the client and infrastructure areas is an advantage. You will be a central part of our Nordic Dell team and have a major influence on both strategy and day-to-day operations. You will work closely with partners and resellers, build strong relationships, and ensure that they get the best solutions – and the best experience – with Dell.
Your tasks will include
Developing and executing strong business plans
Building and maintaining relationships with Dell, key customers, and sales teams
Driving market development in line with strategy and budget
Ensuring growth through a focus on quality and data‑driven decisions
Staying up to date on Dell technology and business opportunities
Empowering partners with the right solutions and advice
Launching campaigns that create visibility, customer breadth, and new leads
Forecasting and following up on pipeline and sales data – short and long term
Your profile We are looking for someone with technical understanding and a strong commercial approach – a true networker with structure, pace, and drive. You are good at working independently, but also thrive in collaboration with others.
We imagine that you have
Experience with solution sales and partner sales
A sharp sales focus and high impact
Strong communication skills
Experience from IT distribution, IT manufacturers, or similar
A self‑driven and proactive approach
Solid knowledge of the Norwegian market
Fluent Norwegian and English
