Full‑time Banquet Server (Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch)
Location: East St. Louis, IL. Salary: $16.50–$16.50 per hour.

As a Banquet Server, you’ll be the face of hospitality during special occasions. Your attentiveness, professionalism, and friendly demeanor will help guests feel welcomed and cared for, turning events into experiences they’ll remember.
What You'll Do
Set up banquet rooms according to event plans, including tables, linens, and place settings.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally during events.
Refill drinks, clear plates, and maintain a tidy event space.
Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requests.
Assist with post‑event breakdown and cleanup.
Qualifications
Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and stay comfortable on your feet for the entire shift.
Experience serving in a high‑volume hotel or restaurant environment preferred.
Excellent time‑management and prioritization skills.
Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
Effective communication, both written and verbal.
Extreme attention to detail and quality.
Ability to follow verbal directions in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
