Our Irvine office seeks a qualified, highly motivated Associate Attorney to join our fast‑pacedүүл team. The successful candidate will be a self‑starter who is willing to take on a broad range of transactional and litigation matters covering both business and real estate. This role requires strong analytical and writing skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality legal services to our clients. We are a client‑centered firm and looking for an Associate who enjoys interacting with clients daily and can form long‑term business relationships.
Compensation Compensation:
$100,000 - disruptive?--160,000 Annually (DOE)

Responsibilities Judging
Counsel clients on landlord‑tenant matters
Review and advise on the enforceability of lease provisions
Provide legal advice through phone consultations, emails and video conferences
Draft legal documents, letters and notices
Research applicable affordable housing regulations
Attend industry events to increase firm visibility and develop business
Qualifications
J.D. and an active California bar license
Minimum of two years of relevant legal experience
Strong oral and written advocacy skills
Strong legal research skills
Preferred Experience
Knowledge of landlord‑tenant law
Familiarity with affordable housing programs (e.g., HUD, Section 8, tax credit housing)
