A leading financial services firm is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Securities and Governance Attorney for its Corporate Legal Department in New York. This position requires 3+ years of corporate legal experience, focusing on SEC reporting and corporate governance. The candidate will assist with filings for public companies, corporate responsibilities, and some M&A transactions.
