Responsibilities
Build ELT pipelines using tools such as Snowflake, dbt, and Azure Data Factory
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Own projects end‑to‑end, from design to deployment
Collaborate with product teams and end users
Perform assessments in SQL, Python, and data modeling
Document processes and maintain data integrity
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
2–3 years of experience in data engineering or analytics
Experience with Snowflake, dbt, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Databricks)
Strong SQL skills (assessment required)
Excellent communication and project management skills
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Local candidates preferred
Bonus Skills
Experience with dimensional modeling
Prior exposure to airline or transportation data (not required)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably, in good faith, believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range, and employee pay is based on factors such as education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract, and business needs.
Benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remain in Kforce's sole discretion until paid and may be modified in accordance with the law.
