This full‑time position offers a $5,000.00 recruitment/retention bonus and includes comprehensive benefits, continuing education, and reimbursement.
What You Will Do As a Physical Therapist, you will provide direct patient care, integrating patient/client management, examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, and interventions to maximize functional outcomes. You will document treatments and progress per professional and departmental standards.
Responsibilities
Formulate comprehensive treatment programs by evaluating patient’s history, impairments, and functional status.
Prioritize patient care needs.
Assess patients through the continuum of care and provide timely recommendations for disposition, equipment, education, and treatment.
Complete all documentation in compliance with professional, organizational, regulatory, and corporate standards.
Ensure all clinical and payer documentation is concise, legible, and adheres to organizational requirements.
What You Will Need
Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program (Bachelor of Science, Master’s degree, or Clinical Doctorate).
Current NYS Physical Therapy license and registration.
1 year of experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation $78,000.00 – $118,577.28 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and skills. Overtime may be available.
