Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM–7:00 PM | No holidays Setting:

On‑site at MNPS Wellness Center As a Physical Therapist, you will provide 45‑minute one‑to‑one sessions in both a dedicated physical therapy space and a full gym facility. You’ll treat a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions using advanced equipment that supports evidence‑based practice—including hand dynamometers, blood flow restriction (BFR) tools, and soft tissue instruments. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create personalized care plans and promote long‑term wellness strategies for adult patients who have impairments, functional limitations, or changes in physical function due to injury, disease, or other causes. Analyzes comprehensive information from formal and informal성 assessment that is pertinent to the patient’s care and management to determine a rehabilitation treatment diagnosis. Rehabilitation Therapist Patient Evaluation (Novice): Demonstrates proficiency in evaluating patients with physical deficits including impairments, developmental disabilities, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function. Obtains information relevant to the assessment and administers and scores standardized tests and objective measures of deficit areas. Selects appropriate measures and performs a functional assessment to document patient’s status requiring skilled therapy. Treatment Planning & Goal Setting (Novice): Demonstrates sufficient proficiency in developing a plan of care that incorporates treatment interventions focused on meeting objective goals. Treatment Implementation (Fundamental Awareness): Demonstrates proficiency in providing treatment consistent with physician prescription and established plan of care. Able to modify treatment plan as needed to demonstrate provision of skilled therapy services including progression of treatment throughout course of care, and revision of treatment interventions of goals not met. May supervise and direct certified athletic trainers (PT only), physical therapist / occupational therapist assistants, technicians and volunteers and students. Selects and follows correct protocol for care and utilizes evidence‑based treatments. Physical/Occupational Therapist Patient Education (Fundamental Awareness): Demonstrates proficiency in communicating functional impact of assessment findings, treatment interventions, treatment planning diagnosis, and disease process.
