Qualifications
Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (OT) in the state where the clinician will practice.
Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
Current CPR certification (with hands‑on component).
TB skin test current within last 12 months.
Six months prior hands‑on experience preferred but not required.
Must have reliable transportation.
