School Readiness Behavior Therapist (Entry-Level)
Join Action Behavior Centers – ABA Therapy for Autism as a School Readiness Behavior Therapist. You will work with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play‑based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting data, and communicating with the team. You will maintain a clean, organized therapy space and stay active with children throughout sessions.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 12:00 pm – 6:30 pm; 2 Saturdays 9:00 am – 12:00 pm. Position is full‑time.

Spring, TX 77379.
Start Date:
Immediate openings available!
Pay:
$15.00–$26.00 per hour, based on education and ABA experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Work one‑on‑one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play‑based ABA therapy.
Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and communicate with the team.
Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and hands‑on activities.
Maintain a clean, organized, safe therapy space.
Be part of a supportive, mission‑driven team that celebrates progress and growth.
Job Requirements
Lift up to 30 lbs.
Ability to sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly with young children.
Get on and off the floor frequently; maintain an active pace throughout the day.
Keep therapy spaces clean, organized, and safe.
Minimum 18 years old, high school diploma or GED.
Consistent attendance and punctuality.
Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
Commitment to ABC’s core value of team; may occasionally help support a nearby sister clinic.
