Action Behavior Centers is hiring a full‑time Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism in Charlotte, NC.
Schedule & Location
Mon‑Fri 8am‑5pm, occasional Saturday by patient need

What You’ll Be Doing
Work one‑on‑one with children 18 months‑8 years using play‑based ABA therapy
Follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, communicate with team
Use play, movement, reading, games, hands‑on activities to teach skills
Maintain a clean, organized, safe therapy space
Be part of a supportive, mission‑driven team
Job Requirements
At least 18 years old, high‑school diploma or GED
Lift up to 30 lbs; sit, stand, crouch, squat, move quickly with young children
Get on/off floor frequently; maintain active pace
Consistent attendance, punctuality
Willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
Commitment to core values; may help cover nearby sister clinic when needed
Compensation & Benefits
High School/Associate’s Degree: $15 50‑$23 50/hr
Bachelor’s Degree: $16 50‑$25 50/hr
Master’s Degree: $17 50‑$27 00/hr
Guaranteed full‑time hours
Paid RBT training, raises every 6 months
Health insurance 90 % covered
