This position requires collaboration with physicians, other medical providers, and patients by providing expert care and service for fertility treatments.

We have an immediate full‑time opening for an experienced and dedicated OR/PACU Medical Assistant to join the team at our Westshore, FL Ambulatory Surgery Center. The schedule is Mon‑Fri 5:45am‑2:15pm. Half days on rotating weekends/holidays.

How You’ll Contribute

Assists as scrub technician in the OR as assigned. Knowledgeable of proper sterile and aseptic technique and setup/use of equipment.

Demonstrates knowledge and technical skill in the care and use of instruments, supplies and equipment used during a surgical procedure.

Cleans and cares for all equipment according to OSHA guidelines.

Wash, dry and package instruments for autoclaving. Turn on autoclave and clean per protocol.

Provides ultrasound guidance under physician’s supervision during transfers and instructs patients in transfer procedure.

Provides assistance to Physician for HSG procedures; instructs patient in HSG procedures.

Performs all work in accordance with accepted standards of sanitation, safety and proper handling techniques, including sterilization and disinfection procedures.

Sets up, stocks, and maintains supplies; performs inventory reviews as directed by supervisor.

Ensure lab specimens are sent to proper labs.

Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, and calling for assistance from other health care support if needed.

What You’ll Bring

High School Diploma

Completion of Medical Assistant or Scrub Tech Program or min. of 1‑year hands‑on experience

Current CPR certification, or acquire within 1 month of employment
