CNA – Clinical Decision Unit, Providence St. Vincent Medical Center Position Summary:

.6 FTE, day shift (7am-7:30pm) with 2 twelve‑hour shifts per week and rotating weekends.

In This Position You Will:

Contribute to a high‑functioning team

Assist RN with admissions, discharges, and transfers

Measure and record vital signs, output, and weights

Collect specimens and perform fingerstick capillary blood tests

Assist with client mobility and transfers using lifts and safe patient handling devices

Participate in continuing education and professional development, including annual CNA conference

Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification (License) upon hire

National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire

Preferred Qualifications:

Having one year of experience as a CNA

Pay Range:

$20.19 – $30.26 per hour.

Job Schedule:

Part time; Day shift; 2 12‑hour shifts per week with rotating weekends.

Location:

Providence St. Vincent Medical Center, Portland, OR.
