You will be responsible for managing everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. You are expected to lead by example and enforce policy and procedures consistently. Responsibilities

Manage all shift activities, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Set a positive example and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by yourself and the crew. Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash handling, food management, scheduling, maintaining a professional image, and adherence to standards. Provide great customer service and maintain attendance and punctuality; manage transportation to/from work and store cleanliness. Support marketing efforts and store profitability where applicable. General Job Duties For All Store Team Members

Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler. Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete related paperwork. Clean equipment and facility daily. Training

Orientation and on-the-job training provided. Communication Skills

Understand and convey written instructions accurately. Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders in person or over the phone. Essential Functions/Skills

Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly; may use a calculator. Make correct monetary change. Verbal, written, and telephone communication skills for order processing. Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen. Navigate and read maps to deliver within designated areas. Deliver to multi-story buildings and other delivery sites while carrying product. Work Conditions

Varying weather conditions during outdoor tasks. In-store temperatures from 36°F to 90°F+; changes in temperature may occur. Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces (ovens up to 500°F+), sharp edges, and moving machinery. Delivery driving and couponing may involve variable conditions. Sensing

Telephone communication; near/mid-range vision for in-store tasks; depth perception; hot/cold surface differentiation; full vision for driving at night. Temperaments

Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions. Physical Requirements

Listed requirements include standing for most tasks, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds with rotation of duties, carrying, pushing, climbing stairs, reaching, and driving as part of delivery duties.
