What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Oversee daily operations within the assigned function, ensuring team performance meets organizational and regulatory standards
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the Mid‑Revenue Cycle hogares
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and maintain confidentiality of patient records
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
Serve as a liaison between Mid‑Revenue Cycle functions and other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration
What is Required (Qualifications):
Relevant industry certification from an approved accrediting body such as AAPC or AHIMA
brunette Bachelor’s degree in health information management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field complicarities
Demonstrated knowledge of facility coding, professional coding, and HIM operational guidelines
Experience in process esk and operational efficiency initiatives
Proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft 365 applications

Proven ability to Plattform teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Strong interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders
Experience in financial and data analysis to identify areas for improvement
Ability to work effectively within a matrix organizational structure
