Join our community of food people! This is an entry‑level position with potential to move into a Night Selector position. The role is located in Lexington, SC. The expected base rate is $18.59 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and a strong safety culture. The schedule is Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday, 6:00 pm until completion. Hours are subject to change based on business needs.
Responsibilities As an Outbound Quality Associate, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring the quality of pallet builds and proper preparation for shipment to safeguard products from damage while loading and in transit.
Maintaining clean and operational state of wrapping machines; preventing excess shrink wrap and avoiding damage to equipment.
Wiping down equipment at end of each shift.
Following safe work practices and keeping the dock area clean and orderly.
Qualifications Education/Training:
High school education or GED preferred.
Related Experience:
Minimum of one year of warehouse experience preferred.
Knowledge & Skills:
Good attention to detail.
Ability to read batch labels.
Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
Team‑oriented and able to work well with others.
Compensation & Benefits The expected base rate is $18.59‑$23.00 per hour, depending on experience and education. The role includes paid training and overtime compensation.
