Open Heart RNs and Surgical Techs – Up to $20,000 sign‑on bonus based on experience
The Surgical Services RN works collaboratively with physicians, anesthesia personnel, and other members of the health team to determine the patient's individual needs pre‑operatively. The RN is responsible and accountable for the delivery of clinical nursing care and the utilization of the nursing process.
Essential Duties
Assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of perioperative nursing interventions.
Scrubs, circulates, second assists, performs specialty duties.

Education
Minimum: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Preferred: BSN
Experience
Prior clinical experience in area of expertise preferred.
Required Certification/Licensure/Registration
Current Florida RN license, AHA BLS Certification, PALS
Other Qualifications
CNOR Certification Preferred.
