Facilities Technician
Full‑Time
2nd Shift with weekend availability (Fri‑Sun)
Starting wage: $17 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

Essential Functions
Greet guests in a friendly, positive manner and make personal connections.
Perform property walk‑arounds, pick up trash and report safety or security issues.
Maintain a list of parts suppliers, order items, and keep within budget.
Use Quore to record and complete maintenance tasks.
Oversee daily water checks and maintenance of the swimming pool/spa.
Maintain property security: master keys, cameras, door locks.
Keep required records (pool/spa certificates, boiler, elevator, etc.).
Assist in checking fire protection systems and train personnel.
Conduct painting, drywall repairs, minor electrical repairs, plumbing repairs.
Assist with lawn mowing, snow removal, and grounds cleanliness.
Fix/troubleshoot kitchen, laundry, boiler, and HVAC equipment.
Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner.
Support the hotel's ongoing preventative maintenance program.
Maintain open communication between all departments.
Operate company vehicles and heavy machinery (lawn care, snow removal equipment).
Follow all Suburban Inns processes and exhibit regular attendance.
Complete other duties as requested by management.
Position Requirements
Minimum knowledge: basic arithmetic, typing, computer skills, record keeping, word processing.
Good communication skills.
At least one year of job‑related experience.
Hazcom training, lock‑out/tag‑out training (may be completed upon hire).
Excellent driving record.
