Responsibilities and Duties
Produce a quality product while completing all assigned master sanitation.
Follow all GMP, HACCP, safety, and other regulatory and plant policies and procedures.
Achieve all production goals or report and document reasons targets are not met.
Promote safety, maintain a sanitary food environment, and strive to improve product quality.
Perform chemical strength tests.
Start, run, shut down, and CIP the UF/RO and all associated equipment.
Direct and train any UF/RO utilities.
Perform all necessary checks on the UF/RO and associated equipment.
Operate and complete required paperwork for production and CIP for the UF/RO and associated equipment.
Perform master sanitation on all equipment in the UF/RO department.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
Must have good work history. Training will be provided.
