Customer Account Representative

What You’ll Do
Provide friendly, top‑notch customer experiences through “white glove” service, both in-store and at customers’ homes.
Secure new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone.
Handle deliveries, pickups, safe loading/unloading, and product installation while maintaining vehicle cleanliness and adherence to handling procedures.
Maintain an inviting store: organize merchandise, refurbish items to like‑new condition, and keep showrooms dusted, vacuumed, and organized.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record; you will be driving company vehicles.
Physical ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Expected Hours of Work This is a full‑time position. Work hours are Monday through Saturday, from store opening to closing. Sundays are off, plus one additional weekday off. Schedules may change based on business needs.
