Responsible for everything that happens during your shift: cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

General Job Duties For All Store Team Members
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Training Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication Skills
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions / Skills
Add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Navigate map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
Work Conditions Exposure to varying weather conditions, in‑store temperatures ranging from 36 to 90+ degrees, fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces, sharp edges, mechanical parts, etc.
SENSING
Talking and hearing on telephone. Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
Depth perception.
Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Far vision and night vision for driving.
TEMPERAMENTS
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
Physical Requirements
Standing: Most tasks performed from a standing position.
Walking: For short distances and durations; delivery personnel travel between store and vehicle.
Lifting: Bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds; cases stacked up to 72 inches high.
Carrying: Large cans, pizza sauce, trays; carry during delivery.
Pushing: Move trays on dollies.
Climbing: Occasionally navigate stairs or ladders.
Stooping/Bending: Forward bending at pizza assembly station, repeated continuously.
Crouching/Squatting: Occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
Reaching: Reach up, down and forward; above 72 inches; reaching down to perform tasks.
Driving: Deliver pizzas within designated delivery area; may make several deliveries per shift.
Hand Tasks: Eye‑hand coordination essential; manipulate pizza peel, rolling cutter, pizza boxes.
