What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Supervise and train warehouse team members, providing performance feedback and assigning duties
Manage operational procedures related to incoming and outgoing shipments, merchandise organization, and inventory maintenancePlan production schedules and allocate resources for job assignments while tracking time and production records
Monitor warehouse activities, including sales and purchasing, to ensure product availability
Investigate accidents in accordance with company procedures
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of warehouse supervisory experience
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Strong conflict management skills
Ability to work in extreme temperatures, from -20°F to 100°F, while using personal protective equipment
Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a high-volume warehouse environment
Familiarity with safety protocols and accident investigation procedures
Strong communication skills to maintain open lines with all levels of the organization
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
