Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role will:
Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
Establish a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient according to his or her capabilities and desires.
Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family.
Collaborate as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
What We're Looking For
Associate's Degree in Nursing Required. Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred.
An Active Arizona RN License.
BCLS required upon hire.
ACLS, PALS and Handle with Care preferred.
