What you’ll do as a Summer Analyst:
As a Summer Analyst, you will be a fully integrated member of the deal team and gain hands‑on experience across the investment banking process.
You will:
Build & Analyze
Develop and refine financial models that guide strategic decision‑making
Analyze company financials, comparable transactions, and valuation metrics
Create & Communicate
Build pitch books, client presentations, and more
Translate complex quantitative analysis into compelling deal narratives
Research & Strategize
Conduct deep dives into industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes
Help teams identify where clients can win and how
Contribute to Live Transactions
Work directly with Analysts, Associates, VPs, and Managing Directors
Support M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory engagements across industries
