Buyer’s Agent – The Nexus Partners (Powered by Keller Williams)

Position Type: Full-Time, Commission-Based
The Nexus Partners is a high-performing real estate team powered by Keller Williams, built on systems, accountability, and connection. Our mission is simple: connect with people, change lives, and build a big business by running proven plays — not reinventing the wheel.
We are seeking a motivated, prospecting-based Buyer’s Agent who is coachable, disciplined, and committed to consistent lead generation and client service.
Responsibilities
Complete daily call blocks from 9:00–11:00 AM to follow up with team-provided leads
Prospect consistently through calls, open houses, and follow-up systems
Buyer showings are not scheduled during call block hours
Host open houses four days per week
Engage attendees, capture leads, and follow up per team systems
Guide buyers through the process from consultation to closing
Write competitive offers and negotiate on behalf of clients
Ensure buyers are processed efficiently and professionally
Assist with organizing buyer events, client appreciation events, and giveaways
Support team lead-generation initiatives
Attend team meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions
Follow all Nexus Partners systems and processes
Maintain timely communication with clients and team members
In-office daily from 9:00–11:00 AM for prospecting
Schedule is flexible after call block to accommodate showings and lead generation
Availability evenings and weekends as required to serve clients
Requirements
Active Tennessee real estate license (or ability to obtain quickly)
Coachable mindset and willingness to follow proven systems
Professional appearance and reliable transportation
Desire to grow within a team environment
