Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Pay Range:

$24.00 – $29.00 per hour

Job Summary We are seeking a Maintenance Technician (Bilingual English/Spanish) to support daily operations by safely and efficiently repairing, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial production and processing equipment. This role also includes general facility and building maintenance as needed. The ideal candidate communicates effectively in both English and Spanish and has hands‑on experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose equipment issues by analyzing test results, machine alarms, error messages, and operator feedback

Disassemble machinery and equipment to inspect, repair, or replace defective or worn components

Examine parts for damage, breakage, or excessive wear

Test and observe machinery operation using voltmeters and other diagnostic tools

Repair and maintain industrial production and processing machinery to ensure safe and reliable operation

Replace broken or malfunctioning components to minimize production downtime

Reassemble equipment after inspections, testing, or repairs and verify proper operation

Record parts and materials used and order or requisition replacements as needed

Perform general facility maintenance and minor repairs as required

Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and company maintenance standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Required Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)

2–3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment

Experience working with automated machinery such as check weighers, conveyors, tape machines, labelers, printers (Video Jet/Laser), shrinkwrap equipment (LSealers, F5), blister sealers, baggers, and PLC boards

Ability to read and interpret prints, schematics, and basic line‑to‑line diagrams to troubleshoot electrical circuitry

Basic carpentry skills, including the ability to fabricate jigs when needed

Ability to research and source replacement parts online or through vendors

High school diploma or GED required

Preferred Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Maintenance

Experience troubleshooting electrical and control systems

Previous experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing or production setting

Additional Requirements

Willing and able to learn equipment processes, specifications, and company standards

Ability to actively consult manuals, training resources, coworkers, and procedures

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
