RN-Registered Nurse Supervisor – Skilled Nursing
Cobble Hill Health Center is a not‑for‑profit long‑ and short‑term care facility providing services to the disabled and elderly for over 40 years. The Registered Nurse Supervisor plays an integral role in helping us achieve our vision: to consistently exceed expectations and set the standard for excellence in residential and community care.
Position Full‑time. Now hiring for an FT RN Supervisor on the evening shift (3 pm – 11 pm) and overnight shift (11 pm – 7 am).

Who You Are The Registered Nurse Supervisor is the leader and most senior position in the building, coordinating all staff and resident needs.
What You Offer
Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience, 5+ years of clinical experience
Leadership skills and mentorship ability – you love to help people learn and grow
Availability to work every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
Confidence in tackling challenges and solving tough problems
Graduate from an approved school of nursing
Active Registered Nurse license for New York State
CPR certification
Responsibilities Include
Lead the clinical team in managing care of all clinically unstable patients, ensuring optimum in‑house care and avoiding unnecessary hospitalizations
Lead the interdisciplinary team in receiving all new admissions into the facility, ensuring optimal care and a great first impression for patients and families
Problem‑solve any clinical and administrative emergencies that arise on the tour
Support staff through education and leadership, holding staff accountable when necessary
Act on behalf of the leadership team, providing great coaching and customer service to patients, families, visitors, and staff
Salary: $119,000 – $120,000 per year
