Job Preview The WIS Travel Team primarily supports the world’s largest retailer by providing exceptional inventory solutions. As the face of our organization, you uphold our Core Values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork in a safe, inclusive environment. You will travel weekly with the team to customer locations, scan barcodes for current inventory, and provide data that helps customers make better business decisions.
Drivers are responsible for safely transporting team members to and from inventory events, adhering to traffic laws, WIS driver safety requirements, and completing vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
Team Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to stay in hotels up to 4 nights per week at employer expense, including out‑of‑state travel
No prior inventory experience required – we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
Preferred experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, picker, packer, driver, or warehouse work
Access to reliable transportation
Driver Requirements
Must be 21 years old or older
Valid driver’s license in the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
At least three (3) years of proven driving experience
Willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer reports, screening, and MVR check
Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation
Availability to work flexible schedules, including very early mornings, late nights, and travel (including overnight stays up to 5 days a week)
Working Conditions
Stand for prolonged periods with occasional walking
Use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
Frequent low‑level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
Use ladders and lift/carry items up to 25 lb
Travel by car, occasionally by plane, with overnight stays 3–5 days per week
