Job Preview The WIS Travel Team works primarily for the world’s largest retailer, providing inventory solutions support. As the face of our organization, you uphold our core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork within a safe and inclusive environment. You travel weekly to customer locations, scanning barcodes of inventory to provide accurate data that helps customers make better decisions. Additionally, you safely transport team members to inventory events, ensuring timely arrival and adherence to traffic laws and company safety standards.
Team Requirements
Must be 18 years of age.
Ability to stay in hotels up to 4 nights per week, including out of state travel, at employer expense.
No previous inventory experience necessary.
Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, picker, packer, driver, or warehouse work is a plus.
Access to reliable transportation.
Driver Requirements
Must be 21 years old.
Valid driver’s license in state of residence for at least 36 consecutive months.
Minimum 3 years proven driving experience.
Will submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report, screening and MVR check.
Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation.
Availability for flexible schedules, including early mornings and late nights.
Working Conditions This position requires standing for prolonged periods, repetitive hand and wrist motions, frequent squatting or kneeling, use of ladder, lifting up to 25 lbs, and frequent travel by car and occasional plane, including overnight stays up to 4 days per week.
