You must be able to juggle inventory, cash, staffing and customer relations while maintaining a perfect image and meeting sales targets.

Responsible for cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
Follow all policy and procedure 100% of the time and set the example for your crew.
Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, image and standards, customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
Qualifications
General job duties for all store team members: operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory and complete paperwork, clean equipment and facility daily, orientation & training provided on the job.
Communication skills: comprehend and give written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and coworkers over phone or in person.
Essential functions/skills: accurate arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), provide correct monetary change, verbal and written order processing, motor coordination, keyboard or touchscreen operation.
Working Conditions
Exposure to varying temperatures (36°–90°+), cold or hot surfaces, fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot objects (up to 500°), sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Physical Demands
Standing most of shift; walking short distances; lifting up to 50 lbs; carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs; forward bending, crouching, reaching up to 72 ft.
Perform tasks that require repeated brief periods of bending, lifting, and reaching.
